A Five Star Company came out to diagnose my A/C problem. They were there at the time they said they'd show up, and even gave me a courtesy call earlier that morning. They found that there were a lot of problems with my system, and by the way it was looking, I thought for sure that they would have to come back the following day or two to finish the job.
